Bait WRX Returns & Refund Policy

At Bait WRX, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Please read the details below so you know how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin, contact us at orders@bait-wrx.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you really want is to return the item you have (once approved) and then place a separate purchase for the new item. This helps avoid delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
