At Bait WRX, we work hard to get your gear to you fast so you can spend more time on the water. This page explains how we handle shipping for all orders placed through baitwrx.com.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Springfield, Missouri. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship throughout the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and available options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days for standard ground delivery in the U.S. International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
For those who need their tackle fast, expedited shipping options (such as 2-day and overnight) are available at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after your shipment has been processed.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at orders@bait-wrx.com with your name and order number.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
We currently do not accept pre-orders or backorders. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase until it’s back in inventory.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please reach out to orders@bait-wrx.com so our team can assist. We may ask you to provide photos or documentation for carrier claims.
International Shipping Details
